This picture shows the position of the second to the last weld. In the background can be seen the riser coming down over the cells onto the  area on the skirt where the weld took place shown in the previous picture “Osberg 2“ In the left foreground is a PHF a pipe handling frame, and the habitat is central picture. Both divers are busy adjusting the height and alignment of the spool-piece. To the right of the habit is the emergency air supply, and in front of that a beacon to aid in the ships positioning. Either side of the habitat can be seen the two small clump weights on the sea bed. These" taut wires" are one of three independent systems used by the vessel to maintain it’s position.
